What I've been doing recently is simply taking the DDL scripts and
producing 'wiki' pages directly in the website which is quick and easy
to do and allows cross links to be included quickly.

We have been looking at automating some of this for the rest of the
bitweaver framework, but it is still a little 'manual' although the
in-line report generator does work nicely.
