You would host the project completely at sf.net, but it sf.net web
server will respond to your domain name. Look at www.flamerobin.org for
example. We only pay for flamerobin.org domain, sf.net provides hosting,
SVN repostiory, download page, mailing lists, etc. If we get fed-up with
sf.net one day, we can easily move everything to some other provider
because we control the flamerobin.org domain that everyone is used to.
