Let me show the list my customer sent me:
- list of companies
* name
* contact data
* profile (areas of activity)
* contact persons
- tracking of our activity regarding customers
* type of activity (meeting, phone talk, email etc)
* time of activity
* summary
* "todo" with some kind of reminder
* "next" activity also with some kind of reminder

Some ability to filter the tracking list.

Simple thing I think. Firebird as a backend would be great since this customer has all other applications based on FB (most of them developed by me), so I was considering putting CRM data into existing database. Unfortunatelly I don't have enough time to develop something simple by myself, and customer wants to start using it since January.
