Eclipse is a framework that runs plugins - such as in my case PHPEclipse for
PHP development and various tools for managing documentation.
One of the best tools is not fully available outside Japan - which is a shame
since it works very well with Firebird/jaybird

SQLExplorer straddles both camps - with a stand alone version

I use the plugin as my SQL perspective in Eclipse, as well as having
FlameRobin outside.
