You may try also DBTools Manager available at
http://www.dbtools.com.br/EN/dbmanagerpro. It is very similar to the MSSQL
Enterprise Manager. Besides Firebird it also supports Firebird, MSSQL
Server, Oracle, MSAccess, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, DBF Tables (Clipper and
DBASE III, IV, V) and ODBC Datasources. It has plenty of powerful features.
