What I have played with is nice. The latest release fixes a
number of problems with reverse engineering and is basically
quite stable.
The only complaint I have at the moment is that you can't
print out the models - that will come with a commercial
version, but it's not available yet.
I ended up using cut and paste onto a PaintShopPro page to
output (1600x1200 resolution can be useful).

Eclipse is certainly a nice base to work from, but like the
problems with Clay, there are still some holes. I've been
using PHPEdit because it can debug PHP, but I prefer the
Eclipse editor for heavier coding (and reverse coding ;) )
work.
