InterBase Workbench does - Firebird Workbench only connects to Firebird.

When you're using features of Firebird, it becomes harder to switch by the
day ...

I recommend anyone who hasn't made a clear choice yet, to do so in the near
future...

Anyway, as said: if you want to use both, use InterBase Workbench.
