The Windows 32 bit subsystem will redirect requests for C:\Program
Files\ to C:\Program Files (x86)\, so that is not necessarily true.
However, that would indicate that a 64 bit Firebird is installed in
C:\Program Files (x86)\ which, although not impossible, would mean that
it had been a conscious decision to do so.
