What error do you get? Are you sure C:\Program Files
(x86)\Firebird\Firebird_3_0\fbclient.dll exists on that system, are you
sure the program is 32 bit (and not 64 bit).

You're not providing us with information that can even help us come
close to understanding your problem. You will need to provide more details.
