root@tux:/opt/firebird# gbak -b -se inet://127.0.0.1/service_mgr security.db sss.fbk -user sysdba -password masterkey
gbak: ERROR:no permission for remote access to database security.db
gbak: ERROR:    Exiting before completion due to errors
gbak:Exiting before completion due to errors

If I enable RemoteAccess in databases.conf then it works.
But anyway thank you for your answer.
I've never used "-se" parameter.
