Please clarify.
Are you asking about the server or the client being on Android??
I am guessing the answers may not be the same...
Quite apart from the software itself, an unrooted Android is tricky to use as a server because of firewall issues.
(I write with experience of trying to run a MariaDB server on a phone - fine for other apps within the same device but not from another even on the same subnet)
It would be very useful if remote access is possible with firebird
