My thoughts exactly... 

Even with scripting out all the database objects before the sources are deleted, sorting through them on large database can become a timely effort if you need to recompile only a few.

Besides, who breaks into a database to steal stored procedure code???  And if you can disassemble the BLR to get the original code, the crooks can also..
