Tried it with a 3.0.3 lib - same problem

Then created a firebird.conf (copied over the one from the server package).

For AuthClient I tried:
AuthClient = Srp, Win_Sspi, Legacy_Auth
AuthClient = Legacy_Auth, Srp, Win_Sspi

and for WireCrypt

WireCrypt = enabled
WireCrypt = disabled

But the problem persists...
