Dmitry, if I manage to keep the size small enough, it may be doable.
And, I know, only one copy is placed in memory, but you still need 1 copy per application on disk.
This is why I am looking to avoid using DLLs.

You cannot run Delphi application on such phones.

DLLs are shared between processes. Only one copy is placed in real RAM.
