I will send your suggestions to our software vendor. Is there anything I could do at the server side or database using GFIX or any other tool that could solve the performance issue by cleaning the dirt while the vendor solves the problem? As I see that the problem with the software comes from a bad design I don't think they'll fix that quickly.
