Divide the value of "Data pages" in the per table gstat output by the database page size. This will give you an approximate value on space used on disk for the table. Approximate in a way as this does not include BLOB data. AFAIK, with Firebird 3 (ODS12), even BLOB data is counted here or displayed as a separate value. Can't remember exactly.
