There is http://sourceforge.net/projects/androidjaybird/ which is a port
of Jaybird for android.

However depending on the context the application is going to be used in,
you might want to consider keeping access to your Firebird database
purely server side and provide a web service (eg a RESTful service) to
be used by the application.
