The error exists for BOTH my application and the IB_SQL.exe client app and I run these non-concurrently. IB_SQL is the Interbase Objects Firebird database desktop tool (see: http://www.ibobjects.com/)
Ok, so you don't have the error with your own application (myapp.exe),
but with IB_SQL.exe? Is your own application running at that time? What
is IB_SQL.exe?
