No, FBGuardian not installed on this servers. I don't know how it may be possible to install FBGuardian with standard installer of FB 2.5.2.26540, when you check classic server.

Do those offending servers have FbGuardian running? If so, uninstall that service. It shouldn't be installed with Classic/Superclassic.
