Sorry, my mistake. I could have sworn you said that you were running on
Linux Mint - as I am. Your Windows system has "gstat.exe" instead.

However, according to the gstat docs, you must be logged in to the
server where the database is located to run gstat/fbstat as the database
cannot be remote.

You will therefore need to login to the Linux Mint system where the
database is located and run fbstat -h database_name from there.
