Thanks to Ann, Ivan and Mark, I now have version 1.11 of the gbak manual
online and fixed. It correctly describes how the use of -use_all_space
sets the header flag and causes all pages, created by the restore or
afterwards, to use 100% of the page for date without reserving anything.
I've added a note that the use of "gfix -use full | reserve
database_name" cane be used to undo the flag in the header (or reset it)
according to the needs of the particular database.
Phew!
Sorry for the foul up.
Cheers,
Norm.
