Seems you got the unwelcome installation of the Interbase client into the relevant system folder on your machine when you installed Delphi. Just make sure your application finds the correct firebird client library for the server it wants to attach to: the 32-bit one if the app is 32-bit or the 64-bit one if the app is 64-bit.
