Hi,
It is equivalent for us but i do not remember if the same is for engine in all versions.
I never use in operator always "or" or "exists"

hmm, what do you mean?
where field in (1,2)
is totally equivalent to
where (field = 1) or (field = 2)
so, "or" or "in" is not different here.
