Dmitry, core for non-SF build is almost useless for us - it should be used exactly with the same binary, which I do not have.

Returning to initial questions. Segfault is definitely very bad, please send full backtrace for all threads of fb_smp_server - in many cases it's enough to fix an issue.
What about guge RAM usage - do you see it only in debug version or in release too? I ask cause debug version can sometimes delay returning not used any more memory to OS.
