And here are the results with DefaultDbCachePages set to 2048 for all test conditions (Forced Writes Off):

2.5 SuperClassic 8 minutes 41 sec
2.5 Superserver 4 minutes 43 sec
2.1 SuperServer 3 minutes 56 seconds
