We will run a lock print when it next occurs. The difficulty with this is that the issue seems to resolve itself after a few minutes so what tends to happen is that everything looks fine by the time we get on the system. Only once, we were able to observe the issue first-hand. Our application logs are the only evidence that indicate that this issue has occurred as basic DB operations are blocked.
