thanks to the list, by deeper investigating i now see that the probleme is in the "prepare" step ... but still not understand why, and if it's a bad engine conception (or a bug) and most important how to avoid it ...

I agree, what will be good is to have something like a "hotline" support service ... if someone have some offer i will be happy to receive it
