Maybe with the possibility of corruption, I should tell him to exclude the database files from backup entirely and only backup the gbk files that are created in the evening.
What are your thoughts on the corruption possibilities of the networks incremental backups?

My opinion was that they should maybe change their incremental backups to include the database files each time regardless of the Date Modified. He said that was an option, but he would need to add an additional job to do this.
Maybe with the possibility of corruption, I should tell him to exclude the database files from backup entirely and only backup the gbk files that are created in the evening.
