The database filter in the <database ...> tag evaluates to a regular
expression filter using the new 2.5 SIMILAR TO predicat. For example,
for the above connect string, the following should work:

<database %WHOLESALE_UAT.FDB%>
enabled true
log_connections true
...
</database>
