The use of the FBGuardian is **only** recommended on Windows 95 or XP (I can't recall which), where services do not have "Recovery" options. For all other OS's the service Recovery settings should restart the server on its own.

The logged errors are likely due to the OS restart by the service manager itself is colliding with the restart by the Guardian.

Remove the Guardian from your non-95/XP installs.
