Thank You Attila, for information about this issue. I will add my vote to this issue as soon as will JIRA works again.

I will ask my coleague how he repairs our JIRA software - we had the same errors after the last update like on firebirdsql.

To Ismael : I know how to fix this problem in my DB - don't use compound indexes - I will use separate instead - but this should work.
