Filestreams seems to be similiar to BLOB data with some differences:

- The maximum size of an single object is more the 2GB of an MSSQL-BLOB.
On FB the limit already is 32GB.

- The Data is stored outside database but it seems to be controled
by database - even the data is included into backup.

- Performance might be different to BLOBS. Presumably the FS solution
does a better Job on preventing fragmentation.

I'm not shure if it is worth planning such an Extension to FB since the
32GB limit should be rarely be hit.

I'm not shure about what acceleration might be reached.
