try to restore your database to clean PC , it might cause by virus. Or other might cause is your Operating system. What is your operating system, odbc and dtabase version installed.

Jump on the monitoring train. Either with a trigger based solution like
IBLogManager or if you are using Firebird 2.5, the Trace API might be an
other option.
