In IBExpert you can see the dependencies as follows:

* Connect to your database.

* Tools->Dependencies Viewer.

* Drag a table from the databases panel into the dependencies viewer
panel.

* The dependency tree will open and show you everything that depends,
directly or indirectly, on that particular table/view/whatever.

You can adjust the recursive depth and the dependent object types to
display, as required.

Unfortunately, there is no ability to extract the metadata for those
objects in the tree, but at least you know what you need.

Flamerobin, at version 0.9.3.1885 at least, doesn't appear to have a
similar function. When extracting the metadata, it appears that you get
everything:

* Connect to database.

* Database->Advanced->Extract Metadata DDL.

There are no options to restrict what you extract.
