You can get a supplement to the original book from the IBPhoenix website, www.ibphoenix.com, that covers versions 2.0 and 2.1 but not 2.5. If you bought the original book from IBPhoenix, the supplement is free.

The v.2.5 release notes should cover the gap in the meantime.
