This question seems unclear to me.

How did you create the database? Using isql or something else?

On what path did you create the database, and what was the actual
command complete with parameters/options?

If you can connect using isql, the isql can apparently "see" tha
database, so from where can't you see it, and what is it actually that
you don't see? Is it the database file that you can't see when browsing
your file system? Or is it something inside the DB, e.g. tables, that
you expect to see but don't?
