This has been done and committed to cvs. I think the syncmail script
blew up though - so no-one may have been informed.

I've added a paragraph explaining where to find, in the gfix manual, a
whole section on dealing with Limbo Transactions.

Also, I've corrected OAT-OIT to OST-OIT as advised by Vlad and others.
(Database sweep).
