Hi

I am having a crisis. I tried to shutdown a database as it had
transactions I could not terminate after my application crashed. Now I
cannot get it online as it gives me an error saying it is shutdown!!??!!

ie

Unsuccessful execution caused by a system error that precludes
successful execution of subsequent statements.
database C:\BOOKSYS\ArtistTek\ARTISTTEK.FDB shutdown.


Can someone help - do I have to restart the firebird server?
