My thoughts exactly. Norton (Symantec?) are the only ones who can debug
and find out what NG is doing that causes the power-off. They should
analyse a setup that exhibits your problem and then tell you what's
going on, or rather how to solve it. Maybe it's something in FB's files
that causes NG compression or encryption(?) to exhibit an otherwise
hidden bug.

Something like that happened to me with Oops!Backup. It failed with
certain zip files if my recollection is right. They fixed it promptly.
