Open a command prompt window and type
ping MyDomain.com

I suspect you will find either it 'does not find host' or will give a different
IP address.

If the former, then the problem is a common one with private internet
connections ... I need to add the LOCAL ip address for 'lsces.co.uk' into my
'hosts' file since it can't find the route through.
