Firebird 2.5.1 is now in debian testing

You can upgrade quite easy from stable to testing

I will check if it can be compiled in debian stable and I will discuss
with Damyan if it can be added to backports

There are some issues now with dpkg requirements but it will be solved

the package from sid/testing requires dpkg 1.16
