CREATE OR ALTER syntax." I think it should be "for triggers, procedures,
views and exceptions". There's no CREATE OR ALTER TABLE that I know of
(otherwise there wouldn't be a need for EXECUTE STATEMENT in the first
place :-)). There is a RECREATE TABLE but I don't find it particularly
useful, certainly not in this case.
