Yes. The app was written in 1999 using IB 5.something and I 'found' an ancient UDF to handle some date stuff. This worked thru IB6, FB1 and FB1.5. A few years ago I attempted to migrate to FB2.0 but discovered the date routines weren't working - much to my surprise. I had to revert to FB1.5 as the client threw a wobbly and gave me no time to affect a proper fix using the inbuilt date functions and then I forgot about it until now.
