Hello Sivakumar,
You may need some Visual Studio runtime DLLs. I recall the message you see is
produced when they're absent. See
www.firebirdsql.org/devel/doc/rlsnotes/html/install210.htm(though Firebird site
seems down at the moment). http://www.destructor.de/firebird/minimumclient.htm
also explains.
