Spooky. I've tested on Windows with 2.0.0.12748 and on Linux with
2.1.3.18185 (exactly the same as yours) and both fail to run the script.
Hmmm.

SQL> input test.sql;
Statement failed, SQLCODE = -607
unsuccessful metadata update
-Column: ID not defined as NOT NULL - cannot be used in PRIMARY KEY
constraint definition
After line 7 in file test.sql

Now I'm really puzzled!
