Yes, we tried dependencies, but whenever we tried to stop ServiceA, the controller service, it won't stop because ServiceB and ServiceC depend on it.

In effect what we want is a service the same as the Firebird Guardian, but of course need it to control our other services and not just Firebird, and to make sure they launch in a specific order.
