Hi,

Why you use some outdated files which older than 2.1.3? In example
icu*.ddl. And 2.1.3 depends on msvcp80,msvcr80,... Use files from the
release kit and read the "doc\README_embedded.txt" and the "Windows
Embedded" section in the "Firebird 2 Migration & Installation" guide.
