Yes, I've noticed that after sending the email....but I was misled by the IBExpert procedure debugger by replacing M_VAL_B with NULL on the second iteration, so I'll report the bug to the IBExpert team instead.

No, it shouldn't. Fetch from empty result set doesn't change value of
bind variable, so M_VAL_B still keeps value 80 from previous iteration.
