We use TIBDatabase component from IBX to connect to the database. the program built with Delphi 2006.

example of connection string is :

192.168.1.140/3051:C:\Data\Database.gdb

- 192.168.1.140 is server IP.
- 3051 is port number of Firebird, and we have modified firebird.conf setting.

this connection string run well on past firebird version, FB 1.5, FB 2.0, and FB 2.1.3.
Is FB 2.5 have a different connection string?
