Thanks Vlad for responding. I am using 2.1.0.17798
In the mean time I have compared the common records in the mItems table between problem and okay FDBs and have shortlisted about 7-8 records. Now I have gone onto deleting the transactions belonging to these items and the items themselves one by one and see where the query starts working. Hopefully I will find which deleted item clears the problem and then study the item and it's transactions for something that is tripping the query.
